When will my order ship? 

The commitment to our customers is to ship all orders within 48 business hours from Boveda confirmation. If this cannot be achieved for some reason, a team member will reach out to confirm your expected ship date. If your order requires weights and dims (W&D) or is an LTL shipment, please allow additional time to ship. If you need Boveda shipped out the same or next day, we will do our best to accommodate. Same day shipments can only be fulfilled if placed prior to 2PM CST. Any orders required to ship out within the 48 business hour time frame will incur a $50 rush charge.
